At the OCC, we understand just how immensely stressful it can be to pursue a PhD.
Therefore, we have coaching sessions designed specifically for PhD students.
These sessions are provided either by PhD student themselves, or by coaches that have been specially trained.
Coaching can assist PhD students in enhancing their time management skills, maintaining work-life balance, and managing stress and self-doubt that may arise during the demanding doctoral journey.
